Each of the software companies that we represent, in a Certified Consultant capacity, offer optional maintenance programs for an annual fee.  One key reason we chose to represent these software companies is because of their outstanding technical support.  Under each of the maintenance programs, users are afforded unlimited access to Technical Support during their normal business hours 5 days a week.

Our technical support is intended to compliment that offered by the software producers and we strongly encourage users to sign up for the software producer’s maintenance program.  Notwithstanding teh support available from the producer, we are often called upon to assist users with system-related issues.  Our intimate knowledge of each user’s computer environment and operationing procedures allow us to uniquely, and oftentimes very effecienctly, resolve user issues.
