TO START A SESSION:

  1. Call 770-514-0400 to speak to a support representative.
    Normal Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
    After hours – please dial extension 99 to leave a message. A phone representative will call you back with in 30 mins. Note: Emergency Rates will apply
  2. Type in your First and Last name in the Name Field.
  3. Type in the code provided by the support representative. (If your company is not under a contract, you will need a credit card for billing.)








Before you begin, things you should know:

  1. If you have a personal firewall such as McAfee or Norton, a warning may pop up about accessing the internet. You must allow this for the on-line session to work.
  2. If you have Ad-Aware or some other Pop-Up block, this may prevent the session from starting. You may have to disable the Pop-Up blocker to start the session.
